Now Hiring: PM Shipping Clerk (2 Openings) - Fowler, CA
A well-established food manufacturing company in Fowler, CA is hiring two PM Shipping Clerks and is looking to fill these positions immediately. If you have shipping and receiving experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are flexible with your schedule, we'd like to hear from you!
Pay
$16.90-$18.00/hour , depending on experience
Schedule

• Monday - Saturday
  
  
• Typical shift: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  
  
• Hours may vary based on production needs

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy.
  
  
• Create bills of lading and shipping documents.
  
  
• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
  
  
• Compare packing slips to purchase orders.
  
  
• Sort, count, label, package, and maintain inventory records.
  
  
• Use handheld scanning devices to track inventory movement.
  
  
• Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies.
  
  
• Coordinate deliveries to internal departments.
  
  
• Research lost shipments and assist with proof of delivery documentation.
  
  
• Maintain shipping and receiving records.
  
  
• Operate pallet jacks, dollies, and forklifts (if qualified).
  
  
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
  
  
• Perform other warehouse and shipping duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of shipping clerk or related warehouse experience
  
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  
• Dependable with a flexible schedule
  
  
• Experience using scanners and inventory systems is a plus
