Key Details:

• Serve students at two locations: 1 day per week in Peoria (focused on Emotional Disorders) and at least 3 days per week in Bloomington, where you'll work with students needing a range of supports, including those with Autism, Life Skills, and more.
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to create and implement individualized strategies.
• Flexible, school-based setting with opportunities to work with varied caseloads and student needs.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state.
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort and adaptability working with diverse student populations including emotional disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and life skills support needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students' occupational therapy needs.
• Develop and execute individualized intervention plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide timely documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to facilitate student progress and inclusion.
• Travel between assigned locations (Peoria and Bloomington) as scheduled.

Compensation for this position ranges from $39.46 to $59.46. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
