Duties

Conduct local on-site field outreach and property visits to commercial hubs, retail plazas, office complexes, and HOA communities across Miami-Dade to introduce Sparkle Squad's services. Conduct outbound phone, email, and digital outreach to prospective commercial clients, local property managers, and HOA boards to generate interest and qualify leads. Build rapport with prospective commercial clients through professional, friendly communication and consultative sales techniques. Utilize CRM tools and pipeline management systems to track interactions, update prospect records, and follow up with leads efficiently. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Sparkle Squad’s commercial exterior services (window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter maintenance, and holiday lighting) to educate decision-makers. Support operational leads and the General Manager by assisting with lead qualification, scheduling site walk-throughs, and preparing service proposals. Collaborate with leadership to develop targeted B2B outreach strategies across key commercial hubs in Miami-Dade County. Assist in closing commercial service contracts by providing consultative support and ensuring all client service requirements are met throughout the onboarding process. Skills & Requirements

Local Residence: Must currently live in Miami-Dade County, FL at the time of submitting your application. Transportation & Field Readiness: Reliable transportation and willingness to conduct local in-person property visits and on-site outreach across Miami-Dade. Age & Legal Status: Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate service benefits clearly and confidently in English (fluent or intermediate Spanish proficiency is a major plus in Miami). Interests: Interest or coursework in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or Property Management. Professionalism: Eagerness or familiarity with B2B prospecting, warm outreach, customer service, or campus leadership environments. Tech Proficiency: Proficiency with (or ability to quickly adapt to) CRM platforms, digital tools, and mobile scheduling software. Self-Management: Strong self-management skills to effectively balance part-time work with university coursework or other personal commitments. Compensation & Schedule

Pay Structure: $16.00 – $18.00/hr base pay (for training, setup, and prospecting) + Performance Commissions & Contract Bonuses (effective total pay may reach $25.00 – $40.00+/hr for active deal-closers).
