Job Title: Jr Graphic Designer
Hours: 7am - 4pm, Monday through Friday
Location: Placentia, CA
Pay Range : $23.00

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior designers to create compelling visual content that supports our brand identity across a variety of platforms and projects. As part of a small, collaborative design team, you will assist in developing graphics, layouts, presentations, marketing materials, and digital assets while gaining hands-on experience within the architectural lighting manufacturing industry. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a designer looking to grow professionally in a creative environment connected to the lighting design and architecture industries.

What You’ll Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to develop design materials for marketing campaigns, presentations, websites, and other brand initiatives
• Create visually engaging graphics, layouts, and illustrations aligned with brand standards
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and solutions
• Help maintain organized digital asset libraries and project files
• Stay current with design trends, software tools, and industry best practices
• Support additional creative and production tasks as needed

Team & Environment

• Work alongside a small, collaborative design team of two designers
• Gain exposure to the architectural lighting manufacturing industry
• Collaborate within industries adjacent to lighting design and architecture

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word

Bonus Skills
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
