Hims & Hers is hiring a Compounding Lab Manager to oversee daily operations in our pharmacy’s compounding labs. You will drive scale-up of compounding capabilities and act as a stakeholder in developing new compounded treatments, prioritizing patient safety and quality in every step. Reporting to the Head Compounding Pharmacist, you will manage technicians, train staff, and ensure SOPs are followed with support from SMEs and PIC. #J-18808-Ljbffr Define Ventures
