This role requires strong leadership to drive execution within a fast-paced timeline while ensuring alignment with business objectives and high-quality outcomes.Your RoleLead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closureManage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocationOversee implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud components including CPQ, Billing, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, IT, Finance, and Salesforce stakeholdersDrive effective stakeholder communication, governance, and status reportingIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks; manage dependencies and resolve issues proactivelyEnsure adherence to quality standards and alignment with organizational goalsFacilitate decision-making processes and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentumYour Skills and Experience8–12 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in enterprise technology implementationsProven expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing implementationsStrong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processesExperience delivering large-scale, enterprise-level projectsExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsCertifications such as Salesforce, PMP, or Agile (Scrum/SAFe)Experience with ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in complex environments#LI-MS4The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
