Strategic Site Partner

AbbVie seeks a Strategic Site Partner to build and manage relationships with key clinical research institutions, serving as the primary liaison between the company and investigative sites. The role focuses on driving operational efficiencies, accelerating clinical trial execution, and strengthening partnerships across solid tumor and hematology pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement site-specific engagement strategies for assigned investigative sites
- Build and maintain relationships with site leadership, principal investigators, and clinical staff through dedicated service
- Proactively identify site needs and implement mitigation strategies to remove operational barriers
- Review performance metrics, operational quality, and key performance indicators across studies at assigned sites
- Facilitate resolution of complex operational issues spanning multiple studies and communicate site perspectives internally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare or scientific field
- Minimum 10 years of clinical research experience with demonstrated leadership and strategy skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotech industries, drug discovery and development processes
- Strong cross-functional communication and persuasive interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence without authority and build relationships across internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills for complex problem-solving
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments with 10-20% travel
