Qualifications include: J.D. from an accredited law school Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction (or ability to obtain promptly) 3–7+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance and lending transactions Experience representing banks, private lenders, or other financial institutions Proven ability to handle transactions involving: Loan origination, modification, and restructuring Drafting and negotiating loan documents Secured transactions involving commercial real estate Due diligence, title and survey review, and closing coordination Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
