Accurate, timely invoice processing keeps any organization's vendor relationships and cash flow running smoothly and that's exactly where this role comes in. You'll serve as the detail-focused checkpoint making sure invoices match purchase orders and receiving records before payments go out. It's a great opportunity to build hands-on accounts payable experience in a fast-paced, steady-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Match invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents to verify accuracy.
• Identify and flag discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
• Route unmatched or disputed invoices for review and resolution.
• Maintain organized, accurate records of matched and processed invoices.

Qualifications

Required

• 3-7 years of experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or a similar clerical/finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numerical data.
• Proficiency with basic office and accounting software (Excel, ERP/AP systems).
