We are currently seeking a Office Assistant with a friendly personality, great phone skills, and the ability to multi-task and collaborate well with others. This person will be the first point of contact with a potential customer over the phone or in person and will need to make a good first impression. Responsibilities
- Inbound/Outbound Calls
- Update & maintain a general calendar
- Schedule & set up Appointments/Calls
- Email communications
- Calling Accounts
- Taking Payments Over the Phone and in perston
- Processing Sales
- Excellent Phone Communication Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
