Retail Sales & Customer Engagement

o As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the best Xfinity solutions for their needs while maximizing your earnings through consultative selling and exceptional customer service.

Sales Responsibilities

Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers

Build value around products and service packages

Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions

Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance

Consistently meet and exceed sales goals

Execute proven sales closing techniques

Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends

Customer Service Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer experiences

Build strong relationships with customers

Resolve customer concerns professionally

Achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)

Create a welcoming and engaging retail environment

Team & Store Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable transportation

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
