Job Details Location: Earth Fare Fort Mill - Fort Mill, SC 29708 Position Type: Full‑Time/Part‑Time Salary Range: $12.50 - $16.00 per hour Job Category: Grocery Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service in the grocery, dairy, and frozen food departments. Ensure the Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen Food Departments are well stocked, clean, organized, rotated, and merchandised appropriately. Maintain an attractive sales floor by implementing Earth Fare merchandising guidelines as outlined by the Grocery Manager. Qualifications Knowledge of common allergies and specialized dietary terms such as gluten‑free, vegan, vegetarian, etc. is preferred. Experience working in a retail and/or customer service–oriented environment is preferred. Environmental Conditions & Physical Demands Works in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on customer service. May work in environments of extreme cold. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and squat. Must be able to push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads. Must be able to stand and be on one’s feet during the workday.
