Job Summary DSI Security Services is currently hiring a Full-Time Site Supervisor in Belleview, FL. We are seeking a motivated and experienced security professional to lead site operations, supervise security personnel, and ensure exceptional service delivery to our client. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, maintaining client satisfaction, training officers, and ensuring all post orders and company policies are followed. Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Essential Job Responsibilities Supervise and lead security officers assigned to the site. Schedule, train, coach, and mentor security personnel. Conduct inspections and ensure officers are following post orders and company policies. Maintain professional communication with the client and DSI management. Complete incident reports, daily activity reports, and other required documentation. Monitor attendance and assist with staffing and scheduling needs. Ensure all security incidents are handled professionally and documented accurately. Utilize Microsoft Excel and other computer programs to maintain schedules, reports, and operational records. Conduct patrols and perform security duties as needed. Assist with onboarding and training of new officers.
