Join Wee Care Corp as a Contractor Direct Care Monitor - perfect for individuals seeking flexible supplemental income, such as current Direct Support Providers, Parent Providers, and college students in healthcare or human services. This contract role offers a competitive rate per review, with four required monitoring reviews per assigned member/provider annually. As a Direct Care Monitor, you will support service quality and compliance for members receiving home-based care within a defined region in Arizona.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct four required monitoring reviews per member per provider each year:
- 2 in-person visits in the member's home
- 2 virtual visits using a secure video platform
- Independently schedule and manage your appointments as a contractor.
- Document findings accurately using provided reporting tools.
- Communicate with families and providers to support service quality and consistency.
- Travel within your assigned regional area
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and alignment with Wee Care's values.
Compensation: Per completed review (Each member requires four reviews annually.)

Ideal candidates bring a combination of care experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Experience as a caregiver / direct care provider
- Ability to independently manage scheduling and time.
- Basic proficiency with digital documentation or monitoring tools.
- Three (3) professional references.
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain).
- Successful completion of required background checks.
- Experience as a Direct Care Worker that has completed DCW Training
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is a plus.
