Senior Integrated Product Manager

What You Will Do Direct program phases from inception through completion and act as Integrated Product Manager for multi‑disciplinary teams. Coordinate administrative and operational aspects of projects within program guidelines. Analyze data, develop solutions, and optimize performance and efficiency. Facilitate project tasks with functional organizations to align with overall objectives. Prepare proposals, business plans, work statements, specifications, operating budgets, and financial contract terms. Execute Earned Value Management (EVM) in collaboration with program leadership, finance, and planning. Lead cross‑functional teams including test personnel (electrical, software, mechanical, etc.). Present analytical and program performance results to executive and/or functional leadership. Qualifications You Must Have Degree in STEM with minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Experience performing Systems Test Engineering functions for hardware and software in production, manufacturing, and qualification environments. Proficiency with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar tools. Budget and schedule management experience in Test Systems Engineering or equivalent. Experience generating Baseline Change Requests (BCR), Basis of Estimates (BOE), and financial performance reports for Program Performance reviews. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance. U.S. citizenship required to obtain a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer Experience with Automation Test Equipment/Unit Under Test (ATE/UUT) functionalities. Understanding of Agile Methodologies, Scrum Master or Azure DevOps (ADS) experience. Knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) technology across Communications, Radar, and Electro-Optical/Infrared systems. Experience with Keysight, Presidio Based Automation Systems, and ATEasy. Familiarity with Test Equipment Modification Authorization (TEMA) review boards and sustainment work teams. Ability to navigate Raytheon One Page Process through gate reviews.
