We're looking for motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to join our team and deliver excellent service while achieving individual and team goals.Position OverviewThe Insurance Sales Representative will complete assigned daily tasks, including reaching out to potential customers, following up on quotes, and answering insurance coverage questions. This role involves building relationships, identifying insurance needs, and helping clients understand suitable coverage options across life and health, business insurance, and personal lines such as auto and home.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete assigned daily tasks, including:Calling potential customers to initiate conversations and generate opportunitiesFollowing up on quotes previously provided to prospects and customersAnswer insurance-related coverage questions and provide clear, accurate informationDiscuss customers' life and health insurance needs and help recommend next stepsDiscuss business insurance needs and guide customers toward appropriate coverage optionsReview and explain auto and home insurance needs, coverage options, and recommendationsMaintain strong follow-up and documentation to ensure leads and quotes stay organized and moving forwardWork collaboratively in a team environment to support shared goals and overall team performanceMeet or exceed individual and team sales targetsRequirementsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to build rapport and listen to customer needsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage daily activities effectivelyComfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospectsTeam-oriented mindset with a commitment to shared successPrior sales experience preferred (insurance experience a plus, but not required)LicensingMust be Property & Casualty licensed prior to hire; Life & Health licenses required within 30 days of hireLicensing reimbursement availableBenefitsPTOSIMPLE IRAWellness resourcesCompensationBase salary + commissionOpportunities for performance-based earnings based on individual and team goals.Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourDo you want a career and not just a job?We are a growing agency with big dreams and lots of potential.
