As an Assistant General Manager , you will play a pivotal role in the overall success and smooth operation of our establishment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Managing and leading various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food services.
• Collaborating with department heads to optimize operations and exceed performance targets.
• Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Assisting in budget planning and financial management.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Experience in hotel management or a related field.
• Able to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Dedicated to providing excellent guest experiences.

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is required.
• Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
