About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to spearhead the evolution of its complex AdTech product ecosystem and drive the next phase of growth for its established RTB platform. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on product leader with a strong background in AdTech, particularly in RTB and Programmatic technologies. Responsibilities for the CPO include owning and developing the long-term product vision and roadmap, defining product priorities based on business impact, and leading the evolution of the company's RTB and Programmatic products. The role also involves building and strengthening product discovery and research processes, managing the full product lifecycle, and ensuring that new features deliver measurable commercial and business value. Applicants for the CPO position at the company should have a proven track record in product management within AdTech, with a deep understanding of the digital advertising and Ad Network ecosystem. Experience with advertising formats such as Popunder, In-Page Push, and Web Push, as well as with products built on ClickHouse infrastructure, is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing product, analytics, and AI teams, and must demonstrate strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Collaboration with engineering and the CTO is a key aspect of the role, as is the ability to manage complex legacy systems and high-load architecture. The CPO will also be expected to have strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills, and a high level of ownership in making independent product decisions.
