Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver seamless execution. Manage installation and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing, and related infrastructure). Ensure compliance with mechanical codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices. Implement best practices in risk management and quality assurance across all disciplines. Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve outstanding results. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and their integration into building projects. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and mechanical standards. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve challenges proactively. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
