Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patients' individual challenges and create personalized therapy plans to help them accomplish their functional objectives.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven therapeutic techniques to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide holistic, comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Train patients and their families on therapy methods to encourage continued improvement at home.
• Track Progress and Outcomes: Document clinical progress and fine-tune treatment strategies to ensure patients remain on their path to recovery.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Opportunities for continuing education and advanced certifications are highly encouraged.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.
