Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and craft individualized therapy strategies that support their functional objectives

• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work hand in hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic, well-rounded care
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques to facilitate continued improvement at home
• Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor clinical advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring continuous patient engagement

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification essential
