Salesforce Project Manager

Senior Project Manager – Salesforce Integration 6-12 months Contract Rockleigh, NJ (3 to 4 days a week) Key Responsibilities Lead a high-impact, enterprise-wide Salesforce integration initiative with multiple business‑critical systems Manage the implementation of Salesforce applications, middleware, and seamless integration with back‑office platforms Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Salesforce business teams, and executive stakeholders to align business objectives with project deliverables Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including internal Salesforce experts, third‑party implementation partners, and technology teams, to ensure successful project execution Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation Drive end‑to‑end project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive presentations Ensure successful integration of Salesforce with enterprise applications while maintaining data integrity and business process efficiency Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track Facilitate requirements gathering, solution planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post‑go‑live support Promote best practices in project management, change management, and cross‑functional collaboration Required Qualifications 8+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementation and integration projects Strong understanding of middleware and enterprise system integrations with back‑office applications (ERP, CRM, finance, or related platforms) Experience managing third‑party implementation partners and cross‑functional business teams Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities with experience managing high‑visibility programs Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
