Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities As a Regional Sales Manager based in Philadelphia, PA, you will develop a dynamic commercial/B2B sales region and lead teams located in Lancaster, Philadelphia, and Spring House. You will use industry‑leading training to lead a sales team in achieving sales goals, perform inspections, present proposals, and close sales. You will attract, develop, and retain talented employees, create sales opportunities to drive new revenue, and provide ongoing training and development for the team. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Ability to work in all types of weather conditions Salary Range: $105,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year.
