Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team, serving as a key communication link between patients, families, and providers. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to policies. Monitor patient conditions, assist with care plans, and document assessments and interventions. Advocate for patients, addressing concerns, educating families, and promoting patient-centered care. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals. Contribute to a positive work environment through mentorship and professionalism. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred. Current RN licensure; multi-state license or single-state RN license required. Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required at hire. Experience in direct patient care preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
