Chicago - Healthcare Associate (Regulatory)

Overview The Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP is currently seeking attorneys with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join our Healthcare Group. The group has extensive experience in advising clients on a diverse array of critical healthcare matters, including federal and multi-state considerations, transaction structuring, corporate practice compliance, regulatory filings, and pivotal statutes like the Stark Law, Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA and others. Additionally, the group handles everyday regulatory considerations that significantly affect healthcare and life sciences companies as well as their related sponsors and vendors. Qualifications Ideal candidate would have 3-6 years of healthcare related transactional experience. Compensation Kirkland & Ellis LLP offers a competitive salary structure as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its employees and attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself.
