Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level Health Care Associate to join its Chicago office. This role offers the opportunity to engage in cross-office collaboration on sophisticated health care matters. Duties Work on healthcare transactional and regulatory matters. Draft and negotiate contracts related to health care. Conduct legal research and analysis on complex health care issues. Participate in business development and client presentations. Requirements 2-4 years of experience, preferably in a law firm. Familiarity with federal and state health care regulations. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Admission to the Illinois, Minnesota, or Washington, DC bar, or eligibility to waive in promptly. Education JD from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to relevant state bar. Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong academic credentials. Benefits Life, health, accident, and disability insurance. 401(k) plan.
