Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager responsible for leading hospital pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing medication safety and cost-efficiency across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. Key duties include: Providing overall leadership, collaborating with medical staff, nursing, infection prevention, finance, and quality teams to optimize pharmacy services. Overseeing daily operations, maintaining compliance, and ensuring safe medication management. Serving as an interdisciplinary leader to support hospital-wide healthcare delivery. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution. Current pharmacist license in Wisconsin. BLS certification; ACLS certification within 6 months of hire. Minimum of 2 years hospital pharmacy experience. Leadership and management experience preferred. Experience with Critical Access Hospital operations is a plus.
