- Annual raises, with a bonus structure built around your ramp-up
- Hybrid schedule - one day a week from home
- Busy season structure: 40 hrs through mid-Feb, capping at 60 hrs through May, no mandatory Saturdays except filing deadlines
- Accelerated path to partner
- $100K+
- Managing a book of S-Corp, partnership, individual, and small business tax returns
- Handling nonprofit tax work, including Form 990s
- Working directly with clients with full autonomy
- Using BlueJ, the firm's AI-powered tax software (training provided)
- Potentially stepping into leadership of the Auburn office's Tax division over time
- CPA license
- Experience with nonprofit tax returns (Form 990) is a big plus
- Familiarity with BlueJ or CCH Axcess for Tax is a plus
- Comfortable owning a book of business with minimal oversight
