Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an outpatient pediatric practice in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of clinical experience , with pediatric or outpatient experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to pediatric patients under physician supervision, when required.
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and assess patients' health conditions.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct well-child visits, routine screenings, and preventive care.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience required.
- Active New Jersey NP or PA license.
- National certification as a PNP, FNP, or PA-C.
- DEA and CDS certification, or ability to obtain.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and clinical staff.
- 2+ years of outpatient pediatric experience.
- Experience working in a pediatric primary care setting.
- Credentialed with major insurance providers.
- Ability to start quickly.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR).
- Salary: $100,000-$150,000, based on experience and qualifications.
