As an LVN, you will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families to ensure the highest quality of care. Your role is crucial in maintaining the well-being and dignity of each resident while supporting the facility's mission.

• Conduct individualized patient assessments and prioritize care based on immediate needs
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Administer treatments and medications accurately and timely
• Provide patient and family education tailored to individual needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and interventions
• Respond to emergencies efficiently and effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
• Assist in the orientation and education of new staff members
• Adhere to the facility's dress code, wearing Caribbean Blue scrubs
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Current BLS level CPR certification required
