Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Job Summary:


Seeking skilled RN for the Operating Room to provide specialized perioperative patient care during surgical procedures. This role requires current acute care OR experience and a strong focus on patient safety and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing care in the OR setting.
• Assist surgeons with procedures and utilize specialized equipment such as DaVinci Robotics.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes or complications.
• Maintain sterile environment and adhere to infection control policies.
• Document patient care activities accurately in Meditech EMR system.
• Communicate effectively with surgical teams, anesthesia providers, and staff.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with minimum 2 years of recent acute care OR experience.
• Possess BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in OR procedures, including orthopedics, neurology, vascular, and robotics.
• Experience with DaVinci Robotics, Meditech EMR, and advanced surgical techniques preferred.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
