The Receptionist plays a vital role in managing front desk operations, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers in a small team environment. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, this position is essential for maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere while handling appointment scheduling and delivering excellent customer service.
