Marketing Manager

Our client, a growing national organization, is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to support brand consistency and marketing execution across a distributed operating model. This role blends strategic planning and hands-on execution, partnering closely with Operations and Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. The position includes team leadership and enterprise-level communication support within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.


Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional marketing efforts across multiple locations and internal stakeholders.
• Manage enterprise marketing calendar and campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards and budget parameters.
• Lead communication planning for company-wide initiatives and strategic projects.
• Partner with leadership to develop messaging, materials, and engagement strategies.
• Oversee brand consistency across markets and marketing channels.
• Manage external vendor relationships related to marketing services and promotional initiatives.
• Track marketing performance and support reporting on campaign effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and development for a small marketing team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes and communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5-7 years of integrated marketing experience.
• Experience supporting distributed or multi-site organizations preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with direct reports.
• Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and external vendors.
