These methodologies and processes are reinforced through our organization’s externally accredited certifications, which include ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 IT Service Management Systems (SMS, corporate ITIL certification), ISO 27001:2005 Information Security Management System (ISMS), and CMMI-DEV Level 3 Job Description Job Title: Project Manager Job location: Sunnyvale, CA Duration: 6+ Months Contract Extendable Job Duties: Technical Project Manager to implement Questica Budget System (procured by the City) Coordinate City staff resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of the project Develop project scope and objective, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure all deliverables are on time, within scope and within budget Ensure resource availability and allocation Establish clear and concise communication plan Report status and elevate issues to City/Consultant management as needed Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Required Skills/Experience: Experience implementing Questica – Budget System, preferably for another government agency Strong understanding of municipal budgeting concepts Ability to develop a detailed project plan to track progress Knowledge of appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Ability to measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Ability to effectively perform risk management to minimize project risks Ability to maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Four‑year degree preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering Proven working experience as a project manager implementing technology projects Additional Skills/Experience: Solid technical background, with understanding or hands‑on experience in Budget System implementations Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi‑tasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project PMP certification Experience with a public‑sector agency View phone number on click.appcast.io Additional Information Please share me your updated word copy of Resume.
