Staff Technical Specialist, Talent & Development

Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and continuously improve HR technology solutions to enhance employee experiences and optimize HR processes globally. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (HR, Product, Finance, Design, Operations) to gather requirements, create technical designs, and define configuration specifications. Design and configure scalable systems and workflows based on platform administration best practices. Assess and optimize HR systems, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency, user experience, and data integrity. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and data security protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve product configuration issues, providing expert guidance to achieve successful outcomes. Develop and implement system‑configuration solutions for HR‑related systems using knowledge of talent acquisition concepts, and stay current with new feature releases. Support change‑management for HR technology implementations, upgrades, and process enhancements to ensure adoption and integration. Participate in testing and release management within Agile pods to guarantee a positive end‑user experience for all deployments. Qualifications Passion for talent, skills, and talent acquisition with a proven history of driving innovative solutions. Strong foundation in HR systems and processes; extensive experience with Workday. Experience with digital HR products, including product strategy, vision, and requirements gathering. Experience collaborating with Product and/or Agile development teams in HR/HR technology. Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams across product, design, HR, and business units. Understanding of standard product management methodologies, technology, and relevant industry principles. Relevant technical skills such as Workday, Eightfold, Cornerstone to support product management activities and data collection. Salary & Benefits New Hire Base Salary Range: $120,800.00 – $151,000.00 Bonus: Eligible for a performance‑based bonus as per the plan terms and governing documents.
