Registered Nurse - Part Time - Days

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care based on nursing sciences, promoting ongoing partnerships with patients and families within a culturally and age-specific framework. Responsibilities include: conducting holistic assessments, diagnosing and prioritizing patient needs, creating and communicating multidisciplinary care plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, and evaluating patient responses to care. Ensuring accurate documentation in electronic medical records and participating in professional development activities, including leadership, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives. Demonstrating critical thinking, effective communication, and collaboration with healthcare teams, while responding to emergencies and maintaining safety protocols. Qualifications include current Ohio RN licensure, BLS certification, and within six months, ACLS certification for specific units. A BSN is required within five years of hire, with optional advanced degrees.
