About the role Responsible for providing Level 2 parts technical support to dealers by delivering accurate, timely, and professional responses while consistently meeting departmental performance metrics. They will serve as a subject matter expert for parts-related inquiries and publications, acting as a key resource to support dealer success and customer satisfaction. The role is responsible for reviewing feedback and ensuring required updates are accurately incorporated into parts publications through direct authoring or coordination with appropriate stakeholders. In addition, the position supports ongoing parts publication activities, including content maintenance, process improvements, data validation, and collaboration with engineering, technical publications, and other product support teams to ensure the accuracy, quality, and availability of parts information.
