Key Responsibilities

Serve as an Accounting Specialist supporting month-end close and financial reporting activities.
Perform general accounting responsibilities including revenue recognition and fixed asset accounting.
Support NetSuite reporting, implementation initiatives, and process improvements as an Accounting Specialist.
Assist with GAAP-compliant reporting and audit preparation.
Provide AP, AR, and general accounting support based on business needs.
Help improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities in your role as an Accounting Specialist.

Qualifications

Experience working as an Accounting Specialist, Staff Accountant, Accounting Coordinator, or in a similar accounting role.
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; candidates with a non-accounting degree should possess at least 3 years of accounting experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to apply them in a professional environment.
ERP experience required; NetSuite experience is preferred for this Accounting Specialist opportunity.
Experience supporting month-end close, account reconciliations, reporting, or general accounting functions.
Detail-oriented professional seeking long-term growth in an Accounting Specialist position.
