Position Overview

365 Healthcare is hiring an experienced Radiation Therapist - Oncology for a 13-week travel contract in Fort Dodge, IA .
This role offers an opportunity to join a compassionate oncology care team delivering cutting-edge radiation treatments in a supportive, patient-focused hospital environment.

Assignment Details

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts | 40 hrs/week
Weekend Requirement: None expected
On Call: Possible rotation as needed
EMR: EPIC
Traveler Policy: Must reside 60+ miles from facility (locals not accepted)

Pay & Premiums

Weekly Gross: $2,685
Taxable Base: $1,439 ($40/hr W2 base)
Stipend: $1,246 (housing + meals & incidentals)
Overtime: $63/hr
Callback: 80/hr
Travel Reimbursement: Up to $600

Equipment: Linear accelerator, CT simulation
Patient Ratio: 1:1 treatment environment
Team: Physicians, dosimetrists, nurses, and radiation therapists
Focus: Deliver safe, accurate, and compassionate radiation therapy treatments

• Requirements

2+ years of Radiation Therapy experience (required)
ARRT (T) Certification (required)
Active Iowa State License (required)
BLS (AHA) Certification (required)
Experience with EPIC preferred
