Case Manager (Remote) – Patient Access / Specialty Pharmacy Hub Location: Remote (must work Central Time business hours) Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–8:00 PM CST (shift assigned within these hours); training 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (mandatory attendance) Pay: $20/hour Summaries and Responsibilities Case Manager needed for a specialty pharmacy patient support hub focused on benefit verification, prior authorization support, and medication access coordination. In this Case Manager role, you will manage the case from intake through resolution, partnering with patients, provider offices, specialty pharmacies, and insurance companies to remove barriers to therapy. This Case Manager position is ideal for candidates with payer knowledge, high-touch customer support, and strong documentation skills in fast-paced healthcare operations.
