What You'll Do

As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional service from their first phone call through completion of treatment.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and optimizing the daily appointment schedule
• Scheduling new and existing patients
• Coordinating treatment plans and appointments
• Insurance verification and benefit coordination
• Collecting and processing patient payments
• Maintaining recall and continuing care systems
• Providing outstanding patient communication by phone, text, email, and in person
• Supporting front office operations and reception duties
• Working collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Learning and implementing office systems, policies, and procedures
• Assisting with shared office maintenance and team responsibilities
• Contributing to a positive, supportive workplace culture

Qualifications Required

• Prior dental office experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred

• Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software
• Dental insurance knowledge
• Experience coordinating treatment and scheduling

Previous Eaglesoft experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate.

The position details:

Typical office hours include:

• Monday: As needed
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Saturday (generally two per month): 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Additional notes:

• Approximately 33-40 hours per week
• Start time is at least 15 minutes before the first scheduled patient; end times may vary based on patient care needs and completion of daily responsibilities
• Approximately one-hour lunch break on full days
