Administrative Assistant – HOA Front Desk

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Administrative Assistant for the front desk of an HOA community located in Lake Las Vegas . We are looking for someone who is great with people, provides excellent customer service, and is available to start immediately.

Position: Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Location: Lake Las Vegas
Schedule: Open availability is required

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, homeowners, vendors, and visitors
  
  
• Answer phone calls and respond to general questions
  
  
• Assist residents with payments, forms, and account-related questions
  
  
• Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties
  
  
• Receive and distribute mail and packages
  
  
• Maintain a professional and organized front-desk area
  
  
• Assist HOA management and office staff as needed
  
  

Requirements:

• Excellent customer-service and communication skills
  
  
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with people
  
  
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
  
  
• Previous administrative or front-desk experience is a plus
  
  
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
  
  
• Must have open schedule availability
  
  
• Must have reliable transportation to Lake Las Vegas
  
  
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
  
  
• Must be available to start immediately
