Role Overview
USPS is accepting applications for Postal Clerks nationwide. In this role, you will perform a variety of clerical, retail window customer service, and mail distribution duties to support daily post office operations. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive paid training is provided to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service : Assist patrons at the retail service counter with mailing, stamp sales, and shipping inquiries
- Mail Handling : Receive, sort, and process incoming and outgoing letters and parcels
- Clerical & Administrative Tasks : Maintain postal records, process forms, and handle retail transactions
- Operations Support : Support post office daily operations and ensure timely mail processing
