Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist
Our organization is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide empathetic, evidence-informed care in both inpatient and outpatient environments in Dallas. This role is centered around our mission to prioritize patient well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs.
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at helping patients regain their independence in daily activities.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Contribute to quality and safety initiatives within the organization.
- Relevant degree and licensure in Occupational Therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
