Job Description As a Salon Assistant at LANHC, you will play a key role in supporting our stylists and ensuring our clients have a positive experience. Responsibilities Assisting stylists with preparations and set-up for client appointments. Shampooing, conditioning, and detangling clients' hair. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including sanitizing tools and stations. Greeting clients and assisting with check-ins and check-outs. Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies. Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries. Supporting stylists during services as required. Upholding our salon's standards and values. Qualifications Previous experience in a salon environment is preferred. Strong interest in natural hair care and styling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, professional demeanor and a team player.
