Artificial Intelligence Solutions Director

We are conducting a confidential search for an Artificial Intelligence Solutions Director to lead applied AI solution delivery for a technology-forward organization based in Raleigh, working hybrid. This is a director-level opportunity for an AI leader who can bridge business problems and production-grade AI solutions across multiple business units.

In this role, you will own the AI solutions roadmap from business case through delivery, lead a portfolio of applied AI projects spanning generative AI, predictive analytics, and process automation, and translate ambiguous business problems into scoped, deliverable AI initiatives. You will partner with business stakeholders to define success metrics and ROI for AI investments, oversee vendor and platform selection (cloud AI services, LLM providers, MLOps tooling), and ensure responsible AI practices including bias testing, explainability, and governance.

You will build and lead a team of AI solution architects and engineers, manage relationships with business unit leaders as internal clients, and represent AI strategy to executive leadership and steering committees. You will also establish reusable patterns and frameworks to accelerate delivery across future AI initiatives.
