Oracle HCM Solution Architect

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience, including at least 5+ years with Oracle Cloud HCM
• We need deep expertise in Core HR and Security
• We value experience supporting Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, or Recruiting modules
• We require familiarity with Redwood functionality and its security implications
• We need a strong understanding of HCM security architecture, custom roles, and access controls
• We expect working knowledge of OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas
• We look for strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering capabilities
• We want someone able to lead solution workshops and influence both business and technical teams
• Preferred: techno-functional consulting or solution architecture background
• Preferred: full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience
• Preferred: experience supporting post-production environments and large enterprise organizations

• Partner with HR, HRIS, and business leaders to understand needs and translate them into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
• Lead solution architecture across Core HR, Security, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting
• Advise on Oracle best practices, future-state design, and process improvements
• Design and review HCM security models, custom roles, and data access approaches
• Support Redwood adoption, configuration decisions, and related security considerations
• Provide architectural oversight for integrations, data conversions, HDL/HSDL processes, and HCM Extracts
• Work closely with implementation partners and delivery teams to ensure alignment with business goals
• Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues across the Oracle HCM platform
• Establish governance, standards, and documentation to improve scalability and long-term supportability
