Financial Advisor

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, plus commission Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Advisor to join their team! Key Responsibilities & Duties: Build and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking, referrals, and prospecting Assess clients’ financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance to develop tailored financial plans Provide advice on investments, retirement planning, insurance, tax strategies, and wealth management Monitor client portfolios and recommend adjustments based on market conditions and life changes Educate clients on financial products and strategies in a clear, actionable way Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards Maintain detailed client records and financial plans Stay current on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes Required Qualifications & Experience: Relevant licenses such as Series 65, Series 7/66, and/or Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain) Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and planning concepts Excellent interpersonal and communication skill High level of integrity and professionalism Self-motivated with strong sales and relationship-building abilities Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience in working with school districts Additional financial certifications This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
