Clinical ManagerOffice Location: Hapeville, GAPosition: Clinical ManagerPosition Type: Full-Time Remote/Virtual PositionSalary: $100,000 - $110,000 / YearSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pmOffer Based on Years of ExperienceWhat You Need to KnowThe Clinical Manager is responsible to provide oversight of all patient care services and personnel. This includes the coordination and management of patient care, and the supervision and coaching of clinical personnel to ensure that care and services are delivered appropriately. Additional responsibilities include CHAP/survey readiness, QAPI, patient satisfaction surveys, complaint reviews.Be the Best Clinical Manager You Can BeIf you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.3-5 years experience as a RN.Experience managing RN services in the home, community, or clinic is preferredLicensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.Responsibilities:As a Clinical Manager, you will:Supervises day-to-day clinical and office operations.Is available to staff and patients during hours of operation. Ensures services are in compliance with professional standards, agency policy and procedure, and state and federal regulatory requirements.Serves as back-up support for positions as needed: PCM, CSS.Leader in absence of the Territory - Administrator.Coordinates referrals. Coordinates patient care with an interdisciplinary team approach. Assures the development, implementation, and updating of the individualized plan of care.Evaluates the quality of clinical care, ensuring that patient needs are continually assessed.Collaborates with clinicians and physicians regarding patient transfers or discharges.Reviews Discharge assessment data, Edit/Lock Discharge OASIS, and discipline only discharge.QAPI owner and participation in QA and performance improvement activities.Reviews/investigates incidents, analyzes for trends; implements corrective action plans as needed.Accreditation/Survey Readiness, QA audits/detailed corrective action plan audits.
