About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning, organization, and facilitation of all fundraising activities in alignment with the Foundation's mission and vision. This includes obtaining support from the local community, public and private foundations, and other sources. The Executive Director will also manage the Foundation's operations, ensuring the effective implementation of plans and actions approved by the Board of Directors. Additionally, the role involves overseeing all volunteers, including the Auxiliary and their programs, and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in fundraising. The role requires the ability to work closely with the Foundation Board of Directors, set and review goals, and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. The Executive Director will also be responsible for the evaluation of the Foundation's performance, the implementation of fundraising strategies, and the development of a comprehensive marketing plan. The ideal candidate will demonstrate support for the organization's mission, foster teamwork, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
